ben i wear a 9 in almost every skate evarrrrrrrrrr, definitely in xsjados and a 9 carbon was so snug i could barely skate it. If you can get a 9.5 i would suggest considering it

They dont make 9.5s, only 10.5s

Grant just did it. He says "I'll never be able to go back to Xsjados". I think he's just a big lying dumb dumb.

                  Carbonz rule.

                  I skate a 9 and wore 8 - 8.5 in Xsjado.

I did it from an 8 xsjado to a 9 carbon, and they fit perfect.

You know you're too vain to consider skating any size above 9 even if they are snug so stop bitching and make the purchase.

                          I did that transition..

I switched from 7.5 in xsjados to 8 in carbons, both fit the same. They feel a bit less supportive both in a good way and a bad way, it's easier to move your feet. My first impression is that they lean waaaay back compared to xsjado, literally fell on my ass the first drop in. Weightwise they feel ligther.. Responsivness, which xsjados are known for, is just as good in the carbons due the good fit!

Are Xjados the only skates you have ever rode? If not it will be like every other time you switched skates takes a session or two to feel right at home. Also carbons are awesome I had Xjados before them and salomons before that and razors before that and if you haven't ordered them what are you waiting for and if you have relax because they will be awesome. First session I skated my box same tricks as usual plus one I had never landed before.

i just got carbons yesterday coming icon 2's. worst decision ive ever made. say goodbye to ankle support because the added "control and maneuverability" is just a really shit cuff that can never give you any real support no matter how much u tighten it, and i can barely notice the difference in weight between them and my icon 2's. also soul grinds feel really wierd(not in a good way) on the soul foot for some reason and the center of gravity still isnt as low as it feels in my icon 2s. keep in mind that i have "strong ankles" you can seriously get more support from cuffless remz than these pieces of shit....FUCK THE HYPE

ITS CALLED A CUFF DESHI... SERIOUSLY!

they are pretty responsive actually.... if you skate them, they will respond by breaking your ankles

I wish I was lying, it seems like I've had to go back to xsjados from every other skate I've tried. The switch to carbons wasn't really a big deal, but I tried to skate my xsjados again after a month on carbons and I couldn't, they felt horrible. I'm a size 8 footwrap and I got a 9 in the carbons, they're really snug, I stub my toes occasionally, but any bigger and they would feel like crap, theres already a little too much room around the top of the ankle, or I just have tiny ankles
