i had this issue in oblivion. When id walk to a certain part it would crash. i think it was there was a scratch on my disc, but w/e i just avoided the area, it was just some random part of the woods.

My copy of Force Unleashed on the 360 kept locking up at the same spot. I tried a new disc and everything. Eventually, it took me deleting my saved game data and starting from scratch.

Game still worth buying? I wasn't that interested in it until a few days ago, when I actually saw some gameplay on Youtube. Looks osm now.

                Must kill hookers.

It's a pretty fun game. Not what I expected at first and thought it was really gay. But then you get into it and its pretty f'n awesome. It's so huge I had to get rid of it after my first run through (bad idea. friends have found some pretty sweet stuff) because I knew I'd probably never beat it again.

On another note, anyone found the ray gun in WaW (in the single player game)? I can't remember what level, but my friend Scott showed me that the other day.

and WoF, I don't know what to tell you. Sounds like you've done all the basic troubleshooting (trying another disk, downloading updates, all that ish). Google it and see if anyone else had the problem? It might be a bug. Which would be hard to recreate in this game since there is so many factors involved (inventory, what order you came to the place in the game, etc). Maybe do what Red Rider suggested.

Also, take a trip over to vault 108 and say hi to Gary(s)

try saving in a different spot. or if it freezes right when you open it now, try opening an older save.
