    Free/cheap video editing software - mac. HELP!

    Hi Be-mag.

    Can someone recommend some free/cheap video editing software please? I can't be fucked to find a crack of final cut, so please, some other suggestions!

    What I need is simple:

    I want to be able to line up video with music. I MUST be able to "fix" parts of the video to certain points in the song (like the video of the drummer doing a snare hit, to the exact timing of the snare hit in the song).

    With iMovie, when you edit the length of an earlier clip in the timeline, the whole timeline shifts forwards or backwards, which is not good for me.

    Happy to pay for the software, but not £££££.

    There is a plugin for Final Cut and Premiere called PluralEyes that will do exactly what you want, but you'll need to be fucked to find a cracked version of Final Cut or Premiere to use it.

      Create an account with Adobe Creative Suite. Download the demo of Adobe Premiere. You have 30 days of a full professional editing suite.

      If it's something you're going to do often, you can do a subscription for $20 per month for a year, $240 is basically free for that software, and you never have to pay for an update.

      Otherwise FC Expess is a solid option.

        Sony Vegas is around $20. It is pretty simple but, I really find it useful

          Try this 'trakAxPC Pro'..it is a nice one and is available for free.

            Lightworks for Mac is in Beta

            Probably the most professional Editing software you can get for 60 Bucks
